Binghamton matches up against Stony Brook in the quarterfinals of the America East Tournament at SEFCU Arena on Saturday. Tipoff is at 6 p.m. EST and you can see it on ESPN3.com. The Bearcats lost to the Seawolves 73-47 on Feb. 12 and are 4-7 against them over the last four years. Binghamton is looking to recover from having lost 10 games in a row.
